At HORA you fully can be in your element
1. Technical Liaison & Efficiency Management
- Serve as primary technical interface for key clients/partners, maintaining strategic relationships.
- Oversee on-site technical support operations, guiding teams in fault assessment, root cause analysis, and approving repair/upgrade solutions (e.g., valve optimization retrofits).
- Review and approve spare parts selection proposals, providing technical input for commercial negotiations.
2. After-sales Issue Resolution & Improvement
- -Lead resolution of critical technical claims and upgrade requests in global HORA database.
- Drive technical closure of major issues, authorizing final incident reports.
- Analyze after-sales data to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with Germany HQ on product enhancements.
3. Service Planning & Delivery Coordination
- Plan and lead technical reviews/visits for strategic clients.
- Manage technical activities across project lifecycle (FAT coordination, commissioning strategy, maintenance plan review), ensuring resource alignment.
You will inspire us with this:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation).
Experience:
- 8+ years in valve industry technical support/application/service (power plants/chemical/process industries preferred).
- 3+ years documented team/department management experience.
Technical Competencies:
- Expertise in valve selection/application (control valves, bypass valves, PRDS stations).
- Proficient in valve control systems (hydraulic/pneumatic/electric).
- Demonstrated ability to review/approve fault analysis reports and upgrade proposals.
Core Skills:
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent English & Chinese (written/spoken), adept at cross-functional/cross-level collaboration.
- Analytical Decision-Making: Rapid problem-solving and technical judgment.
- Strategic Coordination: Multitasking and resource optimization capabilities.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of client needs.
Willingness for frequent travel (>60% time).
Preferred Qualifications:
- International project exposure
- Familiarity with HORA or comparable global valve brands
- Cost-awareness in technical solutioning
